Our Cat 1 Heavy Fire Rescue Tanker is a 1996 Isuzu FTS700 that is in excellent condition mechanically and physically. This tanker was originally designed by the NSW Rural Fire Service and built by Alexander Perrie & Co in Sydney. This vehicle was in use by the NSW Rural Fire Service until ERT Rescue Group purchased this in January 2019.
Since purchase, this vehicle has been fitted with a brand new pump, control panel and foam proportioner.
This Tanker is not only fit for purpose as a bush fire tanker for bush fires, grass fires, hazard reduction burning and pile burns; but is also equipped with hydraulic rescue tools.
The Cat 1 Heavy Fire Rescue Tanker is mine site specification approved.
